Request account deletion
You may request deletion of your ZPL website and mobile-app account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
- Email us from the address registered to your account.
- Use the subject Account deletion request.
- Include your full name and username. Do not send your password.
- We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete or anonymise account profile information that is no longer required, revoke active sessions and stop optional account notifications.
Information we may retain: official fixtures, results, disciplinary events, lineups, regulatory audit trails and legally required transaction records may be retained or anonymised to protect the integrity of football and financial records.
We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete valid requests within the period required by applicable law.
