Some information is collected directly from you. Other information may be provided by an authorised club, team, league administrator or competition official when they manage football activities on the platform.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and administer the website and platform, including to:

  • create and maintain accounts, profiles, teams, clubs and competition records;
  • publish fixtures, results, tables, statistics, match events and approved stories;
  • process payments, tickets, memberships, orders, wallets and related financial records;
  • send service messages, match updates, security notices and push notifications you have enabled;
  • protect the platform, prevent fraud, investigate misuse and maintain audit records;
  • understand usage, troubleshoot issues and improve features and performance; and
  • comply with legal, regulatory and sporting-governance obligations.

3. When information is shared

We may share information with authorised administrators, clubs, teams, league officials and service providers where necessary for the football or service activity you use. For example, approved competition records may be visible to supporters and other platform users.

We may also share information with payment, hosting, messaging, security and analytics providers that process it on our behalf, or where disclosure is required by law, court order or to protect users and the platform. We do not sell personal information.

These providers may include Firebase Cloud Messaging for app notifications and the payment provider selected for a transaction. Each provider processes information under its own security and privacy obligations.

Public records: Names, team affiliations, match events, statistics, results and other competition information may be published when they form part of an official football record or approved public content.

4. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, maintain reliable sporting and financial records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations or protect the platform. Retention periods vary by the type and purpose of the information.

We use access controls, authentication, logging and other reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Cookies and your choices

The website may use necessary cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in, protect forms, remember preferences and support core features. We may also use technical logs and aggregated usage information to maintain the service.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling necessary cookies may prevent parts of the platform from working correctly.

6. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law and the needs of official competition records, you may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information, or ask us to explain how it is used. You may also withdraw optional notification permissions through your device or account settings.

See how to request account and data deletion.

To protect accounts and other people, we may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, security, financial or sporting-governance reasons.

7. Children

The platform is intended to be used with the involvement of a parent, guardian, club or authorised football administrator where a participant is under the age permitted by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect information from children outside those authorised football processes.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the platform, legal requirements or our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the platform after an update means the revised policy will apply.
